Most clubs find their coverage gaps the day they file a claim.
We review the coverage a club already has against its contract and lease, handle tenders and claims, and, through our partners, offer comprehensive risk management education & certification as well as access to custom insurance programs — all built specifically for padel facilities.
Coverage review
A lease, a loan, and every vendor contract come with insurance requirements. We check the coverage a club already has against all of them before a claim tests it.
- Policy review. We read your policies against your lease, loan documents, and key contracts, and flag where limits, named insureds, or exclusions fall short.
- Additional insured and certificates. Landlords, lenders, and event partners ask to be named on your policy. We make sure the endorsements match what you signed.
- Waivers and coverage together. Your release and your policy should work as a pair. Our legal team makes sure the waiver your front desk uses supports the coverage you carry.
Padel insurance programs
Through our partner BrokerQR, a licensed insurance agency, clubs can access custom insurance programs built for padel facilities, with coverage matched to the club’s waivers, contracts, and lease.
- General and liquor liability. Coverage for injuries to players, guests, and spectators, and for clubs that serve alcohol at a bar or events.
- Property and business interruption. Glass walls, lighting, turf, and the building itself, plus lost income if a loss takes courts out of play.
- Excess, accident, and workers’ comp. Higher limits above the primary policy, participant accident coverage, and coverage for staff and coaches on payroll.
To be placed in the padel program, someone at the club must complete PRMA’s Padel Risk Manager certification within 30 days of buying the policy.
Risk management education & certification
Through our partner the Padel Risk Management Association (PRMA), a nonprofit association that helps padel club owners understand and manage the risks in their business, owners and managers complete the Padel Risk Manager education and certification program. It has three online modules of about 45 minutes each, taken at your own pace. PRMA membership is free.
- Risk & Insurance Fundamentals. The main risks a padel club faces, how each policy responds, and how to prepare for property and business-interruption losses.
- Contracts, Waivers & Legal Exposure. How to spot gaps in a waiver and set the right terms with coaches, vendors, and contractors.
- Operations, Safety & Claims. Court safety, front-desk incident handling, and what staff should do in the hours after someone gets hurt.
Tenders and claims
When something goes wrong, what happens in the first few days shapes the outcome. We work with the club from the incident report to the final resolution.
- Incident response. A simple procedure staff can follow right after an injury, tied to your release and your policy.
- Tenders to other parties. When a vendor, coach, or event partner caused the loss, we tender the claim to their insurer under the contract.
- Claims support. We report the claim, keep the carrier on schedule, and push back when a denial doesn’t match the policy.

Our partners
Two specialist partners help us serve padel clubs.
Padel Risk Management Association
PRMA is a nonprofit association that helps padel club owners understand and manage the risks in their business. Its Padel Risk Manager education and certification program has three online modules: Risk & Insurance Fundamentals; Contracts, Waivers & Legal Exposure; and Operations, Safety & Claims. The certificate is useful for onboarding new managers and qualifies the club for a padel insurance program. Membership is free.
BrokerQR
BrokerQR is a licensed insurance agency that offers clubs a program designed for padel. PRMA-certified clubs can access that program, and we work with BrokerQR to match the coverage to the club’s waivers, contracts, and lease. Someone at the club must complete the certification within 30 days of buying the policy.
